Cash register tool local sports club

Problem statement.

For the cash register tool, there was a large Excel sheet used to track which dishes were sold. It also recorded the payment method so that the most requested items could be reviewed afterwards.

Intended goal.

There was nothing inherently wrong with this process, but it was very error-prone. Whenever columns needed to be added, formulas and layout would often break.

Approach.

Together with the board, the required functionality was determined. One of the requirements was that it had to be easy to use, easy to adjust, and offer the same capabilities.
